    I’m so sad. The sound keeps going in and out. It works for a little bit then stops. I thought they got checked over before they were sent out? I have always gotten my apple products refurbished and have never had a problem till I used back market. I’m deciding right now if I just want to return it or have it repaired. Also I remember ordering one in excellent condition and now it says good?

    Everything is good with the MacBook Air, except; the battery doesn’t charge 95% of the time. It basically runs off of the power cord only! This is very disappointing. When I get back in town on Monday, I plan to return the MacBook.

    It's a good computer. I had it for about two months, and nothing was wrong with it. The only problem I have with a minor issue is my A key. I guess whoever used to own it abused it somehow since now it pops out sometimes, but I could pop it back in, so it's something that didn't bother me. However, one thing I was dissatisfied with when I received this computer was how dirty it was out of the package. Keys had gunk on them, dust was shown through the computer ports, and dust could be visible in other places. I can already imagine how the computer could be on the inside if I saw so much dust. I expected the computer to be cleaned properly when I received it. Instead, it took me about 30 minutes to properly clean the computer. Not a good experience; I wish cleanliness were a part of their "refurbished" factor to make a customer satisfied.

    This computer is quite an upgrade from my 8 year old Mac Mini. It got here quickly. Was packaged very well. It is much faster and the screen is much more clear than before. It was a lot less money than a new one and I can't see what I've given up buy buying this reconditioned unit.

    I wished I just spent the extra money and buy a new computer, the computer lasted 14 months. Just 2 months after the 1 year warranty expired. Took it to a computer repair tech and they said the motherboard was fried and old.I knew I wasn’t getting a brand new computer but I would’ve expected good working refurbished parts to be used. I use the computer for light work, streaming the internet, watching movies and listening music. I would just say save your money and time and buy a new computer, this wasn’t a good purchase. Lesson learnt.
