This condition was 'fair', but it actually looked & worked as if it were 'excellent' in my opinion. It didn't come looking super shiny as if it's 100% brand-new but for a refurbished iPad Pro Gen 3 (2018), I feel like I totally won big with this purchase. Would def purchase from this seller & through BackMarket as well. Thanks!

I ordered the "iPad Pro 12.9-inch 3rd Gen (2018) 512GB" in excellent condition, and you know what....that is exactly how it came. It was near perfect condition and it was totally worth it. I was surprised that it came with the official iPad charger as well. (I didn't remember reading that in the description so it was a nice surprise) I have nothing to complain about with what I ordered and I would order from BackMarket again.

The iPad Pro 12.9 was a Christmas gift for our grandson. We received it in excellent condition and he enjoys playing his games on it. We also purchased an IPhone 11 prior and are very happy with it. We will be recommending Back Market to our friends and family.

iPad was in excellent condition, zero scratches and everything works properly. Only thing, all of the data was not cleared from the previous owner and had to manually reset. Besides that, it was great!

At first, when I purchased the iPad in "fair" condition, I was prepared for whatever came in the mail. However, it is amazing. Doesn't appear to be "fair" at all, but in excellent condition. It's nice that they have high expectations for their products. Very happy with my purchase.

Condition was great. Condition was bought fair, and the iPad looks almost new with 95% battery remaining. Shipping was fast, and seller packaged well. A very hard to see minimal bend on iPad, but not the sellers fault, instead more of a manufacture issue from apple. Would recommend!
