    Condition listed as Good. Definitely not a new condition in appearance as other Good listed reviews. This unit as Good is a fair assessment. There are some hairline scratches on the screen and a larger number carved into the back of the unit, looks like a knife did the job. Mouse works. Keyboard doesn't. Will require a new keyboard purchase which is honestly frustrating. The Back Market support is also lacking imo. I cannot locate any ability to chat with a live agent or email into support. I'm not certain what to do about the keyboard situation so I suppose I will have to eat the cost. First purchase with Back Market. I fully understand the challenge in this business model, there is obviously a need to trust the 3rd party sellers but I'm on the fence regarding a future purchase as this was my first and I'm not satisfied with the Back Market support system. The generalized loaded questions didn't offer the support I needed.
