    Twice you sent me the wrong computer after promising me that you would get it right then finally after a month of going back and forth you never did and honestly I had completely forgot about this order until this email I just got today. I'm pretty sure I never received a refund and I know I never got the right computer. Either way Backmarket is not a place I will ever recommend to anyone, nor will I make another purchase from you either.
