    I have purchased a laptop from BackMarket in the past and love it. When I needed a new phone I almost paid full price for new but then I remembered how easy it was to purchase from BM, so I found a really good deal here! I love my iPhone and it works just as well as the one I had before. The transferring process was so easy, and shipping my phone in for a trade was super easy.     The touchscreen doesn’t work that well. My Siri doesn’t always respond. My last phone was better in this regard. I think my sound doesn’t work that well, but I’ve been working around it. I’m kind of kicking myself given how much I paid for the phone, and it wasn’t even the color that I really want it. But I really needed a new phone, so I did what I had to do. I should’ve gotten the condition that was a little better. Maybe then my touchscreen would be a little bit more sensitized. I’ll try to change in device setting. My phone tends to overheat. I just expected a lot more for a phone with a lot more storage. There were some complications with the shipping, but I just organized it for me to pick it up at the office instead. I have an electronic building, so there’s no code to get in, there’s not even any keys for our front door. Unfortunately the shipping driver didn’t make it through the lobby. There was a lot of snow at the time.

    The headphones function, but they are really low as far as volume. I always have the headphones turned all the way up, and they're still quieter than my cheap sports earbuds. Considering donating these honestly. It's a decent price but if you're like me, and you want to hear music and games loudly and clearly, I wouldn't recommend these headphones.

    Everything works amazingly but the only issue i have found so far is the the buttons seem to get stuck, so when i press on the volume up button once it gets slightly stuck and goes up two times. It is not a huge deal tho still would recommend this service without a doubt!

    I got it in “fair” condition expecting a ton of scratches and stuff, but really it looked/felt brand new. There was a deep scratch on the back corner of the laptop which what I’m guessing drops the condition to “fair”, but it’s small and unnoticeable. Awesome deal overall

    Product arrived in wrong color. Aftermarket keyboard and mouse (though this was not specified in order information). This will be huge hassle to repackage and return a 24" iMac desktop model even if proper item is now sent. Not worth the risk of lost time and effort in future to order a large item from Back Market.

    Nice but the accessories that came with it aren’t bluetooth, so you’ll have to buy a usb adapter to set up your computer. luckily i had one, but i ended up buying a bluetooth mouse and keyboard so i can work with hard drives (which i do regularly).

    I am very happy the unit came on time/ early. Good quality and as advertised. The issue I have is that you sent me a Microsoft keypad and I was not aware of the difference between keypads. After much trouble setting up with my Imac with a Macbook I ended up going and buying a Apple keypad. This was both expensive but also a lengthy process with tech support.
