    Excellent rated phone seemed good, but camera didn't focus close up very well. Thought it was just the model. Months later I took off the screensaver that it came with and found out the front screen was scratched up. Also realized the camera didn't focus close up because one of the camera lenses had a hairline crack that was not easily visible. I will order again, but only under the verified program (or I will take it into Apple for analysis as soon as received). Live and learn.

    I purchased this iPhone two (almost 3) years ago after destroying my iPhone XR by dropping it in a watering bucket... anywho, I had never used BackMarket before and was a little nervous. I'm very pleased! This iPhone has been perfect for the past few years. It works at normal speed and normal capacity. I don't take many pictures or have many apps, so the 200 GB was DEFINITELY too many. Looking at my storage now, I've only used 11.5 GB... in 2 years. If you're someone who doesn't save lots of videos or photos to your camera roll and doesn't rely on downloading lots of docs to your phone, you won't need 200. (I know my order says 128 GB, no idea why I have 200 GB for my storage). When it comes to the 'good' condition, when I received the phone, the only 'refurbished' quality I could see was two small flecks of paint that had been scratched or flaked off the back of the phone. As a customer, I'd rate the phone 'almost brand new' since that was the only issue. Happy to say this is a trustworthy website, for sure!

    I bought a 2015 wireless Magic Keyboard in 'good' condition from the refurbisher SPRY in June 2022. I use this keyboard only during online meetings when I elevate my MacBook (and thus also the built in keyboard) so that the webcam is at an ideal height. I'd estimate that this keyboard is turned 'on' at least 10 hours a week, and in the last 6+ months I have not once needed to charge it. That's phenomenal battery life! I just ordered another keyboard (from a different refurbisher. SPRY was no longer selling this model in BackMarket) so I can add an external wireless keyboard to my other office space.
