    My mid 2021 iMac came very fast which was a nice surprise. Felt like new. Came with keyboard and mouse (not apple), I read some reviews that were surprised about that. I've never had an apple keyboard so Im no sure how to compare them. The key board is very standard same as the mouse. I see myself getting another keyboard eventually but this one is fine for now. Overall, very impressed with back market. I see myself coming back for other apple products

    Before I bought a phone from Back Market I bought a refurbished phone from Amazon. It arrived with a broken plug that still had lint in the charger port. Which shows they didn't even clean the phone, nevermind refurb it. But the phone I received from Back market was perfect. It was shipped fast with enough communication to comfort me. Amazon doesn't even help to stand behind the phones you buy from there. It was a difficult process to return it. I highly recommend buying from Back Market over new.

    I recommend BackMarket to everyone looking to buy a used phone or even a used device they can't find elsewhere but want a reliable refurbishement. I've bought 3 iPhones all the same model and storage when I have somehow ruined my previous one and have been super happy with each one i have gotten. Even when I have chosen just a "Fair" condition, it has seemed to me to be mint. They do great refurbs and I feel like I'm helping keep these out of landfills by buying them here.     Some deals sound too good to be true. Even with good reviews I was a little bit skeptical, but I'm so happy I went through back market for my next phone. I got tired of subscribing to the 'get the newest most expensive phone whenever it's time to get an upgrade', even if I'm not fully utilizing all the newest features. It feels like a waste of money and a waste of material. Here I was able to get a much newer phone than what I previously had (XR), for half the price, in better condition than I was expecting it to be in. Feels just as if I got it fresh out the box as the first user! I won't buy a new phone ever again!

    I have always wondered about a refurbished phone....and after the experience I have had with back market and knowing how it helps mother earth ill never buy any other way! The phone was in almost perfect condition. with Christmas near I could only afford the fair model let me tell you this was far more then fair it was nearly perfection and what ever scratch it had was covered by the phone case.....but cosmeticly that was the only tiny issue everything else was a 100%! the price was way better than purchasing brand new i even saved some money for downloading the app for my first purchase. I felt confident that if for some reason I received a lemon back market would make it right. I would recommend to purchase all your tech needs here! Thanks back market because of you a single mom was able to make her babies one wish come true for his 12th birthday! 🙏🏽
