    Just received a refurbished iMac 24 which looks immaculate. Have not plugged it in yet, but have high expectations! My only (slight) beef is that the keyboard is a wired Windows version, so CMD and OPT keys,and maybe function keys will be odd, and no Bluetooth. And the Mouse is not an Apple Mouse, it is one of those kinds requiring a dongle. The info on BackMarket says you get a Mouse and a Keyboard without saying they are not Apple...I just assumed they would be. This is a bit misleading, and I'll probably be looking for the real thing. I think BackMarket ought to be upfront about exactly what you are getting! I did get what the sale said I would, tongue in cheek, but not thrilled with that aspect of the sale! I will update once plugged in and operating. The packaging was "ok", the cardboard wrapper had a large tear in it, but the internal packaging completely enveloped the iMac and all was well.

    I ordered the "good" quality and there's 2 tiny scratches on the front glass that are invisible when the phone is on. Otherwise the phone looks brand new and seems to perform like a brand new phone. Battery life is great so far. I'm a happy customer.

    I was really hoping for a prestige phone because I got excellent and was really looking forward to having at least 90% battery life but 85% isn’t that bad. Even though there are some minor scratches on the side buttons, back camera, and on the edges I would give this like a 7 out of 10 bc the phone still runs like brand new and functions pretty good no lag at all. Only downside is the scratches that threw me off.
