I was happy to see that the camera was delivered in the original packaging. I took it from that packaging and hooked it up easily to my other cameras. It worked like it should and I am very pleased with you prices and the extraordinary reconditioned items you have to select from. Thank you

I like these cameras and wish you offered them more often. I am disappointed you don't accept them as trade-ins toward a new purchase, so last month I sent 4 to SPRY in hopes they might refurbish and restock. I'm currently using 5 with a 6th on the way and hope you will have some available again soon.

Arrived in great condition. Was not aware that it did not have a battery and had to be always plugged in. After syncing it up to my existing system, which was easy, I just got a 20' usb cable and everything worked fine. Picture quality is great also. Will visit Back Market next time I need something.

The battery should stay charged for 6 months depending on activity. I can't keep this charged for more than 10 days. then it's a pain to get connected after dying. there are so many things you need to use this Camara. it needs a base, and both need special wires. I wouldn't waste my money! get the wyze v2 or wyze v3 instead or pay full price for everything (under $200).

Ordered two cameras, one came and worked just fine. The other is linked to someone else's account. An easy fix, if it happens to be the seller, but the seller isn't responding to customer support. Also an easy thing to check before you ship it to someone, as there's no way to undo it on your end as the new owner. Backmarket support also makes you ship the item back and then wait a week for a refund, wasting even more of my time for an item that was definitely sent when it shouldn't have been and the seller is responsible for. Pretty awful experience from seller to support. Don't buy from this person or you might find yourself in the same spot.
