    I never actually received it. Your customer service is terrible and did not help me one bit. You guys shipped it to the wrong address!!!! that had nothing to do with me!!! I have no idea where you sent it, all I saw Was a photograph from FedEx of the wrong house that was not my house and then when I called FedEx, they confirmed you it wasn’t sent to my address. Not sure how you could possibly screw that up because if you sent an iPhone to me three weeks ago And then to make matters worse, you wouldn’t even ship a new one or a refund my money (still waiting on the refund.) I missed a dealine, And also drove an hour back to my house from a trip to get my tablet when it was said it was delivered and it wasn’t . Then you guys tried to blame it on FedEx and it wasn’t FedEx fault. it was your fault (I would know I performed the whole investigation myself without your help one bit.) You people need to do better, Terrible you guys are terrible. The absolute worst Online transaction I’ve ever had in 30 years. Taking my business Elsewhere along with everyone, I can get to come with me. I already took my business elsewhere actually.

    Vacuum arrived filthy and scuffed. It had hair on the bristles and the canister was full of dirt and the filter was heavily used. Also was not the vacuum advertised.
