Everything works! Especially since my silly self dropped the headphones twice prior to usage… we don’t talk about that. The features like the spacial audio is very efficient. I tested it in the car with my friend. I tested the noise cancelling in my friend’s noisy car and it blocked her and the car out. Everything felt muffled and muted. The sound quality is good. You gotta jump HARD to get these to fall out your ear. I’m well satisfied with my purchase and I believe you would be as well.

Perfect condition! This was my first order and I’m completely satisfied other than I thought I was getting a black pair like the description but a grey pair came. The sound and fit is great and no scratches anywhere.

Honestly, this company is great. This is the first item I have received that was incorrect. The item I ordered was black. In the picture and description. The item I received was gray. My only options are to cancel the order and send it back for a refund, or shut my mouth and accept the wrong color. I personally think I should be able to exchange for the correct color. But, luckily I don't hate gray. So in conclusion, backmarket is a great way to get a great price on electronics, just know that you will occasionally get the wrong color sent to you, and there is no exchange available. You get what you get I guess.

Product even better! For $100 it was the best price I’d ever seen for Beats Pro. The color description was black however I received a pair of gray, Which is what I preferred. Quality is unreal, no scratches or anything of the sort. It’s as if someone just tried them for a day and returned.

its not my first time to order from Back Market and I am so satisfied, but this time the picture of the Earphones was gray but I received black. doesnt metter, I will order another Beats but first I want refund so I can do new order. thanks
