    My experience was mostly good. I’m not super impressed with the collection of small issues with the device. While not really all that important, the color is pink but not the metallic pink I thought I was getting based on the picture, the device did not come with a stylus, and the screen has some weird airbubble looking thing. The screen issue doesn’t really affect gameplay but depending on the game I can see it. I have also had issues where the gameboy doesn’t recognize games when first inserted. It usually takes turning the gameboy on and off and reinserting the game multiple times. HOWEVER, once the games are recognized it runs good, the battery life is good, I got some fun games with the device and overall my comments are nothing that have actually stopped me from playing.

    This is definitely a scam store. Sending my order back for a refund and they will definitely try to pull something. I ordered XM4s and they sent me a 710N with no manufacturer box and no case. Shipping took too long as well, I’m possibly because counterfeit.

    Overall very disappointment and poor service. I ordered a laptop from them and was sent the completely incorrect item. Wrong color, wrong model, wrong specs etc. Immediately I sent this laptop back and it took quite long before I ever heard back from the team on them receiving my return. Finally they reached out and said they weren’t sure what was up with my order and had to wait and here from the 3rd party that provided the laptop in the first place (back market is a middle man service, not a direct seller). Without any heads up, I was randomly given a refund to my old debit card that’s no longer active. No request from the team on how I’d like a refund or options of replacement item or store credit. The refund was sent to the old active card and now my money is gone and I have no laptop either. Extremely disappointment service and would highly recommend not to purchase from this company.
