    So far great and by great I mean fantastic I mean it came in the original box and foam and wow. This is the second gaming monitor I've got at back market the first a acer predator that is 3 to 5 yrs old now I can't remember but it's still going strong as ever. If I didn't know it was refurbished I would have never guessed. Great work great price great motive. Just great. Lol

    I’m 3 days in and I love it!! I got the Microsoft surface laptop 3 13inch (2019) 16gb SSD and 256gb of storage. I bought it in excellent condition.. when I got the laptop It was only one small, minor scratch, and a barely noticeable dent… I’m honestly not complaining! For a refurbished laptop, my battery in 81% health.. the battery life was 40% and I was able to upgrade the Windows 10 to Windows 11 Pro within 24 hours.. you can do a lot with this laptop, I typically bought this laptop for music being that I’m pursuing my career now, the speakers have excellent base structure.. very loud compared to any other laptop I ever had.. it. It has face recognition, LED keyboard that has three functions (dim, medium and bright), the fan is in the back of the laptop, which I really love.. it’s 100% silent unless I play major games and you’ll start hearing the fan… this is the second time back market caught my interest to purchase and honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this.. I literally got what I paid for and I am so glad I did!!!!

    Generally I would not make this review public if that's possible, but if it does get posted, preface: I never got the watch as it seems it was misdelivered -- can't control the courier. As a comment on the resolution: I received a refund promptly after a timely investigation. So I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service. And the ordering process was simple and straightforward with consistent updates about the status. I ended up getting another renewed Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and I've enjoyed it thus far. So I'd recommend it if you want to dip your toes into smart watches without breaking the bank.

    I've been using my GoPro 10 for about a week and I love it. Came with original storage case, 1 charging cable, 1 battery (already inside the camera), stickers, manual and 1 glue stick mount. I love the performance and the condition is good so far. however, one downside I noticed is that the battery cover opens way too tight, I'm not sure how it goes on original one. Also having doubts about camera's waterproof ability, since it was refurbished, but I have no way to contact seller about my concern.

    Not in "Excellent" condition. Yes, there are "light" scratches but they are allergic over the shell (light scratcheson screen too). Also, the rubber feet on the bottom are missing with the screws exposed, probably lost during refurbishing. Support is useless, my only option is to return it and wait for the "seller" to check it before giving a refund instead of just dropping the condition. Yeah, I'm not going through that. I think I'd rather buy on ebay. At least then you can get the condition dropped and price adjusted and I found Surface Laptop 4s (i7) for the same price as this one (Surface laptop 3)

    All went well, delivery, received the refurbished headphones and they were in great condition. The only thing I would recommend that back-market include in the purchases we receive the complete items associated with the headphones like the case and other accessories. Amazon and other refurbished companies include them. Besides paying over $200 i had to purchase a case and the accessories so the value drops!
