    Came quickly…took awhile for me to set it up and figure out there was no SIM card…my goof not backmarket. Once I got a SIM card kit it works well…haven’t seen how long refurbished phone lasts on battery as I’m still setting it up and will be for my middle schooler…requested excellent condition was sent ‘great’…physical condition is still really good

    The phone is terrific, and I ordered a phone compatible with T-Mobile - and it is...but because I used to be with Sprint, and my account has not been completely transferred yet, I need to now get a Sprint phone. I took into the T-Mobile store and the agent commented on the high quality if the phone but he just cannot activate. I am planning to send it back for a replacement that is a Sprint phone and based on past performance Back Market I know they will help me solve this unusual problem. Again, the product and past service has been outstanding. I highly recommend them.

    I bought this phone cause I needed something affordable and I bought the fair condition expecting it to be roughed up. When I got the phone I was surprised to see that there is NO screen damage at all only small dots on the back of the phone which aren’t even a issue the camera is perfect and the batter life was still at 93% capacity it was a killer deal and I’m glad I purchased it I will be buying from back market again when I need a new phone or other electronic device.

    When I first bought the phone I felt quite skeptical about the website and assumed it would be a scam, but before purchasing this phone did I do enough research to find out about the validity of this website, and there were usual mixed conversations about it, but none that scared me too much to refrain from using it. When I got the phone and unboxed it I was most the pleasantly surprised at how nice it had looked! Very aesthetically pleasing! I do want to note that I bought the very good option and it came looking almost brand new. So far I have only found 1 scuff and it’s hardly noticeable from afar; something a case won’t conceal! The phone works perfectly and I haven’t had any disappointing mishaps thus far, although I’ve yet to connect it to my mobile service yet. I’d recommend buying this phone, but to do your research before buying anything from any online website you come across that seems too good to be true! I’d give this phone a 9.7 out of 10!
