    The delivery was great, the phone seems fine with the exception that the battery seems weak. Your advertising is misleading: The phone I ordered was $419.62 and in excellent condition. What I received was a phone in very good condition "NOT EXCELLENT" with a price of $379.99 of which I was charged $419.62. The lessor figures came with the refurbishers packing list. "SO", I WOULD BE HESITANT TO ORDER ANOTHER PHONE FROM "BACK MARKET".
