    Few scratches on the edges is no big deal, thats to be expected. However my wireless charger doesn't work. That's a feature that I used daily with my Samsung galaxy s8. I'm so sad it doesn't work with my note 10+. It has so many advanced features but i dont like that. I've made sure the setting was turned on. How can I go about getting this resolved.

    No issues whatsoever. If you don't have the money for the better qualities, look no further than the "fair" quality. I have no functional issues at all, the only reason my phone was marked as fair was because of the three small scratches on the back. Cameras all work fine, no cracks on the screen, charging port is solid, no software problems.

    Phone itself is nice and fully operational, however, i was send "phantom navy blue" that is not a phantom navy blue. It was just barely blue with the camera bump not having the black carbon fiberish look. Overall, it's a good phone but it's not worth this price for a refurbished one.

    Worked great from the start! No operational or functional issues whatsoever, only cosmetic. I ORDERED gold but GOT black, with the enclosed note “no gold, replacement black.” Ok then if it wasn’t available, why was it even an option to purchase? Why wasn’t I notified before you took the liberty of making that decision yourself? I had my heart set on gold. So that was very disappointing and annoying but other than that, this was a good experience that I would recommend.
