    I like this phone the screen is larger than my old Galaxy S6 active And it holds a charge for a lot longer. The only problem I have with this phone is the curved screen. It bothers me more than I thought it would . I chose the S9 plus Because it had the most memory. But I think next time I will stick with the regular instead of the plus.

    The customer service was very nice and friendly when I had a problem with my shipping on my part. The phone came in extremely good condition and the battery life was even at 100% max capacity which was one of my biggest worries because I was afraid the battery life wouldn't be very well. I had the slightest scratch on the corner of my screen but nothing you can really see unless you look deeply at the phone. Shipping came very fast and under a week. Overall this phone was a amazing product and if you are looking for a cheap iphone product this is the one!

    I love my new phone. I actually bought it because I dropped my same phone and the screen turned black and won't come on. It looks better than I expected. It has a small scratch that I didn't notice at first, but it doesn't bother me. It's better than buying a new phone because you don't know how long you'll keep a phone anyway - that is if not having extra accessories doesn't bother you.

    Phone is exactly as described 100% mint. There isn't a single scratch, ding or blemish anywhere even under extremely close inspection. All features work as they should from factory. I will not hesitate to buy from back market in the future. Only thing I can't vouch for is customer service if the was an issue with the phone. Oh yeah one more thing shipping was insanely fast even with this whole covid19 crap going on. Only downside is charger it came with is generic so I won't use it, don't want to risk battery damage.

    The phone is great except for the sound when speaking on the phone. It is different from my previous Note 4. Sounds different.
