    The Galaxy Note 20 5g was not unlocked. I was still connected to a Boost account. Not happy with the time wasted trying to figure out why my SIM card would not work. Sending phone back to the seller. Hopefully customer service will be quick to resolve my issue.

    Dings all over the bezel. Obvious refurbish as you can tell the rear camera lens has been replaced and does not line up flush. Worst of all...the front screen has a HUGE DEAD PIXEL in it...right above the camera. I mean...did you think a consumer wouldn't notice this? I paid for "excellent" condition. Do better. Oh...and you put the incorrect charging cable in the box. It was for a 15W (USB) brick and not the (USB-C to USB-C) 25W brick that the phone calls for. But y'all knew that, just wanted to be cheap and hope you were shipping to a non-educated consumer.

    I was leary about ordering from back market and after doing research I found out its just like Amazon. Do research on the sellers not the site. I am pleased with ordering this phone from Greg and I am pleased with the phone. However, I ordered the phone in "excellent" condition. There are a couple VERY small dings on the screen and a weird smudge mark next to the front camera. All of which I can look past and not be bothered by but, if you order something in "excellent" condition I wouldn't expect it to look brand new and any other possible defects. I would rate this 5 stars though. It is used and for the price... WOW! Thank you, Greg!

    Pros: - The hardware specs and build quality are excellent. Cons: - There have been touch screen issues that should now be fixed with a recent update. If you purchase this phone, make sure all updates are applied. - Samsung is one of the worst offenders for disrespecting their customers' privacy with the software they install to track, profile, and data mine their customers' data, and to sell this data to third parties. This was a deal breaker for me and I returned the phone. I will say that the process of purchasing and returning the phone from BackMarket and this seller was excellent, and I would have no problem making a future purchase.
