    I've had this refurbished phone for about 10 days now. So far so good! The curved screen on the edges is a little bit of a learning curve for me. I was sooooooo happy to find there are more affordable options, like refurbished phones, to get something nice with adequate memory and not break the bank.     It arrived faster than expected and was as advertised. The phone was like new and they let you use Klarna to pay for it w/ installments. The price was fair and the whole experience was much better than other sites. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a phone fast, but can't get financed through sites like Affirm.

    The tablet runs well enough for the most part. I only use it lightly for writing and some YouTube browsing, however it can be a bit sluggish at times, which I believe is due to the nature of the tablet's processing power itself and not the shortcomings of the refurbisher themself. As far as customer service goes I have no complaints as of yet. The product was shipped and delivered in a relatively short time and arrived in full and excellent condition. 👍

    Backmarket comes through again!! Order delivery was quick, phone in promised condition and I am satisfied with service.. but honestly the device design made too many compromises that aren't justified by it's pretty exterior. Bat life is not good, no SD slot, screen feels too small for a galaxy, lots of features and perks cut down. I should have figured as much going from the plus series to regular, but I'll be sending back and exchanging for a better model. But I tell all my friend about backmarket!!

    Well the phone came in a reasonable time and my wife loves the phone. Much better than the last o e she had. When it's my turn I will come back here! You can definitely see the scratches on the outer edge of the phone but with a case put on the phone you dont see them. Screen is perfect!
