    The product was not in Poor, not Fair, condition. It was so scratched it looked cracked and the sound (for phone calls, music, etc) had obviously not been checked before sending out the phone because it was so bad. I returned the device and the seller promptly issued a refund. However, the whole wasted process took a lot of time from me and my time is precious. Therefore, I'm not happy that they don't actually refurbish the devices they sell.

    Paid for excellent condition and it came with scratches and dings on the corners of the phone. Upon the initial start up of the phone, an alert came on telling us moisture was detected in the USB port. For excellent condition, I would have hoped to not have an alert about moisture and no big scratches on the body of the phone.
