    I’m beyond heart broken, I don’t know what this is but it’s not a acer spin 713 2020 model. I have one and this isn’t it. It doesn’t have a touchscreen and it doesn’t spin. I had it shipped to South Africa to sending it back would actually cost me twice as much. The worse part is that the relevant stickers are on the laptop but it’s definitely not an acer spin. I just want a refund

    It's been impossible to try the MacBook yet, due to several delays with the delivery, so my experience is the worst up to now. I bought this for my daughter and, even when it's already delivered, it was not possible to make the final delivery as a consequence of both delays: first one by Back Market and second one by FedEx, so once again a very bad experience based on the delivery.
