Had this Laptop for about 2 weeks from day one the battery died quickly. It would be charged the whole day and then died an hour or two later. And ontop of that when it gives you the low battery warning it dies within seconds of that warning. The speaker is horrible doesn’t pick up my voice 90% of the time unless I put it close to my mouth which makes it horrible for zoom meetings. The screen sometimes freezes like when you scroll down or up the mouse pad doesn’t work for a few minutes. I returned this item to be checked and see what’s going on to the ups drop box near me that they provide a week ago and they say they haven’t gotten it. I am a student who needs my computer to work so now I have to get another one and I am not even sure if I will even get my money back or even another computer that actually works well especially when I paid for excellent condition and I get less than poor condition.
