    Laptop arrived with a couple of issues, basically a slight lack of attention to detail by the refurbisher, but he made good on them without argument so, given the 1yr warranty that comes along with purchasing via BackMarket, I am entirely satisfied. Other than the process oversights, the item was as described and had been refurbished as well as one would expect from a refurbisher. Which is to say, the original high quality drive had been replaced with a cheap alibaba drive, but in all likelihood the original would have been wearing out by now and/or had been retained or destroyed by the original owner, so the replacement was probably has at least an equal life expectancy. If you buy ThinkPad's because you rely on them and expect to be able to do that because of the quality of their assembled components though, you'll probably want to think about putting in something you trust more. All in all though, imminently adequate and worth keeping. I would consider purchasing more refurbs through BM in the future.

    I expected this computer to be able to handle my USB-C connections to two monitors because I thought it was the same one I use at work. When I plug in my other USB-C devices, it says the PC is not being charged. Although I did not specify that I need a good USB-C power delivery, I find that I need this and it doesn't have it.

    4/5 for this order. Would order this again, and would tell others to do the same. Order came very fast, and the unit is great condition. A few small complaints though. The machine came with a silver vinyl sticker over the back, I assume it was to cover some small scratches but the sticker looked worse than the scratches do so that was an odd choice. Also I have no idea what charging cable they sent me but its not a Dell charge and certainly not the original one. It works, but for 28$ just by a new one and ship it. The last and certainly most concerning was after a bit of light use I would get the windows BSOD, which for me is fine but a less savvy user would have just assumed it was junk and sent it back.
