    It works. But Backmarket needs to start verifying these before they are sent out. This is the 2nd time in a row I have gotten a laptop that does not match the condition I purchased. I ordered excellent and this is not excellent. I need a laptop for school and had to return the first one because of that same issue and I have have just decided to settle with this, even though I paid for excellent condition. Will not be ordering from Backmarket again for sure.

    I spent more money expecting better quality, and instead ended up with a completely useless computer. The backlight is broken, the keyboard is a mess, and the shift key doesn’t even work so I can’t properly type. This is unacceptable. For the price I paid, I should have received a machine in working order, not something that feels broken right out of the box. I’ll never buy from this seller again.

    The functionality is sensational. The only downside was I did order the excellent version that should have come with virtually no imperfections however, I found several immediately after opening the box. I do not think that these have anything to do with the transport, they look like imperfections that accumulated over time. I don’t have the energy to send this back and get a different one so I’m just gonna stick with what I have because it is good enough for what I need it for. I don’t think that back market actually sends these out because mine had a bunch of Amazon stickers all over it, I’m almost positive. They’re using a third-party, that would explain the price, but that doesn’t justify the lack of good quality.
