The computer arrived late. When I returned from my trip and opened the box the keys backlit does not work. I”m trying to get authorization to return it and the review process sends me in a circle. I ordered another one which was at a higher cost for some reason and trust I will not have the same issue. I have had good experience in the past from this vendor.
