    Has been pretty good so far. When I first started the MacBook up it did get hot/warm very fast but I assume that’s because I was transferring all of my iCloud data over. Back market was able to give some insight on how to troubleshoot and fix this and it hasn’t done it again. Other than that everything else has exceeded my expectations! Very satisfied.

    I had to return when I first got it day of. After a week waiting for a replacement it comes back with the same exact issue, which is the volume jumping back to 0. The only way that I have found that wouldn't require looking at every little thing in the laptop is using Bluetooth headphones/earbuds. I am pretty sure there is a drivers issue because the first time I tried fixing it that's what it kept saying, but since I am not a tech expert I really don't know which is why this is so frustrating. I dont know if the seller just gave me the same exact laptop again, but since this is the EXACT problem as before and I am not aware of any consistent volume issues with this model, which is very odd to me. This is far from excellent condition. Devices should obviously be tested before being shipped out, and either the seller doesn't care to check, or does check and doesn't care that their devices don't work. Personally, I wouldn't even return for a replacement just because the entire process takes a week.

    I like the computer, but it looks absolutely nothing like the thumbnail image at all. The screen is super tiny and there are big bezels all around. Misleading, but the product itself despite it is good.
