I was looking for an affordable office productivity laptop that would be great for general office things. I haven't upgraded in a long, long time and I think that every laptop I've ever owned suffered from AC (wall power) separation anxiety as I always needed to know where a plug was during a meeting or I'd lose power fairly quickly. This Dell 7480 was eye-opening to say the least after working with the battery alone for a 4-hours and only took a few hours to be back to full charge. I got the "Good" condition and it came in perfect condition in my mind. Highly recommend this machine for general purpose work/school work. Just don't expect the performance to be great at multi-tasking and limit your chrome tabs as it will bog down. I went into this knowing it was a note-taking, web browsing uni-tasker and I and pleased with it.

laptop was in really good condition for what I paid for. however the biometric scanner is busted, and the top function keys where broken but it's not the end of the world since, at least the main parts of the keyboard works.

There was a quality issue with my purchase. The seller and Back market were excellent at making it right. The replacement works great.

The computer is very nice , new and very neat. Fully satisfied with it!
