    It's been 2 weeks since I received the ordered laptop and I can't stress enough how great this company is. The laptop arrived in excellent condition so far haven't noticed anything not working properly. There are no scratches, no blemishes. I am very satisfied with this laptop and with Back Market, I have already recommended my friends. I actually bought my I-phone 14 plus here as well and it was almost brand new. I highly recommend Back Market, not only the savings are fabulous but the quality as well. I'm a happy customer!!

    Perfect little laptop that does everything I want it to! It even has a touch screen which was not listed in the features, but a nice surprise. Also came with a charging cable. It was packaged well and in great condition as advertised. Had a small initial issue with network connectivity, but I was easily able to reset the network settings and it’s been running perfectly ever since.

    For the laptop being so old the condition was good. I don't need to do much on it except watch movies and do my college assignments. It handles it pretty well. It gets a little overheated when updating or playing games while having lots of tabs up but it’s an easy fix! If you're a gamer or disorganized with your tabs/applications then id get a newer version. Overall ill be coming back to Back Market for sure this was a great experience for my first time purchase.
