    I frequently have Zoom meetings as I work from home and recently my old headphones went out. I ordered these ones specifically without the mic as I prefer my laptop microphone & they work perfectly! They came practically new, were priced well, & shipped very quickly!

    These original Apple Earpods have no microphone and instead use the built-in microphones on iPhones, iPads, and the directional three-mic arrays on Macs to provide better audio and ambient noise rejection than single mics. Mine came five weeks ago via Tech Reboot LLC/BackMarket in excellent condition, and they've held up well. They sound decent, though don't block outside noise as well as in-ear buds, nor hurt as much after hours of wear.

    I am so happy with the service from Back Market. When I ordered my phone I chose to have it delivered in 2 days, but UPS misrouted my delivery and my phone would not be delivered until Friday. I contacted UPS to get a refund for my delivery and they would not refund me they only refund the person who actually purchased the delivery. I sent an email to Back Market through their website and they got back to me within a couple of hours (it states someone will get back to you within 24 hours), I was very impressed with that because most companies say 24 hours and it is usually a couple of days and that is if the company every gets back to you. Greg apologized for the issue with UPS and stated they would give a refund for the shipping. When my package was delivered on Friday I received an email stating that my package had been delivered I have never had a company track my packages to make sure I received my purchases. When I opened the package my phone looked brand new, in the description for the condition of the Iphone it stated "Screen: Very good condition. No scratches visible when the screen is on. Body: Good condition. May have light but plainly visible scratches." So I was thinking that the phone would have a couple of scratches, ABSOLUTELY NOT my phone literally looks brand new. I did not mind getting the phone with a couple of scratches because where are you going to get any Iphone for these prices? NO WHERE! I usually get my Iphone's from Amazon but I decided to try Back Market not only is the phone in amazing condition but they also give you a 1 year warranty. I WILL NEVER purchase another any apple products from anywhere else, and as matter of fact I am purchasing my finace a new Iphone from them within the next 2 weeks. AWESOME company and AMAZING customerr service.
