    The watch itself arrived in good condition, but the band was not the one shown in the listing. That means the item was not as advertised. I raised the issue and Back Market’s solution was a $20 partial refund or returning the entire watch. That is not a reasonable resolution when the missing item is an OEM Apple band worth far more than $20. The correct fix would have been to send the advertised band or offer compensation that actually reflects its replacement cost. Selling a product with one accessory shown and delivering something different is misleading, and the response to the problem was inadequate.

    The pencil arrived broken. I will update my review once I get one that works. Update: instead of repairing or replacing it, they just refunded me. At least it was easy to get a refund...     Was listed in excellent condition however it came looking all banged up. None of the fitness tracking features I purchased it for work, it barely charges properly, the screen is glitchy and it has an error every time I try to update it.
