    I’m disappointed with my recent purchase from Back Market. I ordered a phone in “excellent” condition, yet it arrived with a completely non-functional front camera. I don’t understand how such an issue could happen given the condition rating. Although I did receive a refund in the end — which is the only reason this review isn’t 1 star — the whole process cost me a lot of time and caused unnecessary frustration. Overall, this was a very poor shopping experience for me.

    I ordered three Apple Watch SE 2 devices, two in Good condition from this seller, and one in Fair condition from a completely different seller. Surprisingly, the “Fair” phone from the other seller looked better cosmetically than the “Good” ones I paid more for from this seller. The grading feels inconsistent, so be aware that “Good” doesn’t always mean better than “Fair.” While all phones work fine, the cosmetic differences were disappointing, especially since these were meant as Christmas gifts. Customer support was helpful but only offered a refund or repair, which felt limited for the situation. Returning or repairing all of them seemed like too much hassle, so I kept the watches Bottom line: if cosmetic appearance matters, photos are your best guide, grading alone isn’t always reliable.
