    The BackMarket experience was great as usual. We expect a little fussiness with an Apple phone on GoogleFi, but we had more than a little and it was due to the particular unit that was shipped to us, not the usual Apple being Apple "specialness". The phone was not cleared of all of its settings which prohibited us from completing the switch until we figured it out. Once we realized the phone still had settings on it that came from the previous owner and we re-set it, everything went well. So we learned something, but it could have been avoided with a properly clean phone or the instructions to perform a factory reset before attempting to use it. These are simple things that don't cost anything but do impact the Cx.
