So far so good. Shipping was relatively quick and my iPad, despite being refurbished, looks like its brand new and in excellent condition. So far haven't had any issues although I haven't had it for long so just keep that in mind. The other reviews I've read before purchasing for the majority seem to be positive. I purchased a "Very good" quality-refurbished device and it does have some scratch's (Beaten around its edges), i am still happy with my purchase. i am a bit concerned about the battery, it takes a while to charge but it lasts all day. Wow! I was really impressed with my iPad 10.2 (2020) 32GB - Gold - (Wi-Fi + GSM/CDMA + LTE). I opted for the fair condition because it was a complete steal for the price! I honestly couldn’t believe I got such a great tablet for the price! I literally recommend Back Market when people ask me where I got my tablet from. I’m like “YOU WONT REGRET IT!!” But no seriously my tablet screen has ZERO scratches. The corners are little rough but you can’t tell at all with a nice case. My ooooooooonly heartbreak is in the button. The home button is broken and I often have to fight with it to work. I became so attached to my tablet I don’t want to have to send it back for repairs so Im just dealing with it.
