    it functions perfectly and no visible damage to most of it. It just a small scratch near the center left of the screen and a white spot almost like a screen burn but it is refurbished so comes with it I guess. functions perfectly though.

    'Big smiley' rating for the actual laptop working fine. But why did you send it covered in yellow dust LOL. Wipe that critter down, haha! The touch pad is also kind of hard to use because the surface of it flaked off the middle since it was bubbled. I'm still satisfied because I needed an emergency replacement for my work computer and this lil laptop was very cost effective and still strong enough to run what I needed. :-) Thanks, TekReplay & Back Market!

    I just opened my laptop, excited to get the apps I needed downloaded for it to DJ. The processing is choppy, making it hard to play songs all the way through without very frequent stop-and-go. The screen also shows multi-colored sparkles all over the interface when trying to read, download, or process typing or any other computer movement. And the laptop's fans are extremely loud. This was my first time using this laptop and, in only 45 minutes of first use, it is already breaking down on me. I am extremely disappointed in this rental not being up to par, as promised in the advertisement for this product.
