Purchasing process was easy. Delivery was pretty quick. I ordered a 2019 MacBook Pro in "excellent" condition. I was honestly hoping for a little better on the condition of the laptop. The keyboard and screen were in great shape. But there were quite a few more scratches and nicks on the body of the machine. Seems to run well and battery in good health. Decent purchase overall.

I bought the MacBook pro wondering that it would be good, but it was so much better then I could expect, it’s fast, image quality amazing, sound is like a new MacBook, and the Touch Bar that makes everything better and easier. The only bad part was the charger that doesn’t work and since I’m not in US anymore I cannot ask for a replacement.

Bought as a surprise early Christmas gift for my wife. She is thrilled. It replaces a very old iMac that basically will now only be used by our grandson for gaming. This “good” MacBook Pro looks new and performs great. Already updated with Sequoia OS. Back Market shipping was speedy. Very pleased.

Great Value for the price. Only issue was the "RAM", in my chosen MacBook Pro was not upgradeable from 16GB. I made an incorrect assumption that it could be upgraded. All things considered great buyer experience. Thanks Back Market

I bought this for college and have had it for 5 days now and i have to say it’s worth it! I was very skeptical on buying from Back Marker, especially something refurbished but I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Also, if you didn’t know Back Market does $20 off for students! So that was another plus added to purchasing it.

Excellent laptop and it was listed in fair condition but I have yet to find a flaw. So happy with Omaha Blue that I ordered a 2019 Macbook Pro 15.4 in good condition refurbished by them. Very Pleased.
