    It was smooth and easy transition i know when and what times it would arrive, it came in perfect condition almost the only thing since i got fair are around the metal on my phone it has some dents or scratches but the screen PERFECT and the back is BRAND new.     Apple Watch Series 6 was a TOTAL DUD. It would not power up or charge. It was a Birthday gift and I had to go through the fuss of pictures packing and returning. I have not heard anything yet. This was my 5th Backmarket purchase experience all of the others went fine.

    The phone looks good. The problem is battery maximum capacity relative to when it was new at 77%. As far as I remember whenI was buying this device it did mention battery is replaced. But it doesn’t look like it. Also from research Back Market requires that all phones sold on its platform have a battery health of at least 85% at the time of sale. Anyways this discourages me buying other devices in the future.

    Honestly was pretty skeptical about ordering from Backmarket again because I ordered a laptop last year for my first year of college and it turned out to be horrible. The battery life wasn't good, and it had many other cosmetic issues as well as half of the screen's touch capabilities weren't functional anymore which ended up being a huge problem for me because I planned on using it almost as a tablet to take notes. I didn't have time to return it, so I just used it for a year even though the battery barely lasted half an hour. So I was very nervous to order again, understandably. I switched to online school and now I'm working 30 hours a week, meaning I needed a laptop for out on the go and decided to switch from that old Microsoft laptop to a MacBook. Couldn't afford a new one and didn't approve for a payment plan, so I went with this again, despite having an awful experience last time. This was is literally perfect. I ordered excellent expecting a lot of scratching or dents but it had no cosmetic issues except very very minor scratches on the bottom corners that are barely visible. The screen, keyboard, touch pad and fingerprint are all working and I have yet to encounter any issues. The battery life is at 83% which is to be expected for a computer almost 5 years old but I have no complaints as it is much better than only lasted 30 minutes off a full charge like my other one. It only has a cycle count of 200 which is also pretty good for this old of a computer. Overall I'm very pleasantly surprised with how good this laptop ended up being. I decided to trust this site again and I'm very glad I did despite not having the most pleasant first impression. Thank you to this seller for exceeding my expectations!

    it's good but i had it for one day, and the charger burnt. i had it plugged in for a few hours cuz it needed full battery. my step mom has the same watch and she leaves it charging for days, but the charger literally started melting and u can see the wires inside. now the watch has to cool down so it can turn on again. but other than that, my experience with the watch has been good

    I really wanted a 2015 MacBook Pro as I use USB-A, HDMI, and SD on the go and hate dongles and adapters. My first order from Back Market was a lemon and I had to send it back, but this one is PERFECT and I love it. The battery is in great condition, and the computer is in great shape.     First experience with Back Market, definitely won't be the last. I found a Macbook Pro that happened to be cross listed on another site (named after a rainforest). On that rainforest site it was rated "excellent" (highest) but on Back Market it was rated [whatever the second highest it]. The laptop I received looks practically new, save for a [very] minor dent and a couple scratches in the aluminum chassis---practically inevitable if you've ever owns an aluminum unibody Macbook. To top that off, the warranty and coverage policies are far more comprehensive and reasonably priced. I feel like I got a far better deal than I thought I was getting when I made the purchase. If Back Market considers this device to not qualify as "excellent", I can only imagine those devices must be PRISTINE. I'm always concerned about packaging/shipping when I make expensive purchases online, and Back Market did not disappoint. The outer box looked a little beat up, but the laptop itself was caged in a rigid cocoon of air cushions that immediately dissolved all of fantasies of what kind of catastrophes could have occurred. I ended up having a question about one of the accessories that came with the device, and Back Market customer service exceeded my expectations in responsiveness and helpfulness. My only disappointment has been that I found Back Market just last week and not sooner.
