This was a very fast delivery I ordered Sunday and Tuesday was here WOW that’s a very fast delivery I like that.the iPad I ordered was great just like new I got it set up and now my only problem is I have to remember my passwords as time goes by I’m sure I will? The IPad got was in the exact advertised condition. It had a couple (barely noticeable) scratches and works completely fine. The home button has a little play to it, but is perfectly functional. Overall a very good product.

Back Market is the best!! Second Apple product I bought. First was iPhone 11. This iPad 10.2 is great. Was infact "very good" condition, as promised, and I received a generous trade on my old iPad. This is a great service. I'll continue to use them. Process is easy....always lots of communication...they always let you know what's going on. emails are 'whitty'....wonder it the people who work there have a similar sense of humor...

I've bought a couple of iPhones from you folks over last few years and I've always been very happy with my purchase- so when my iPad bit the dust I went straight to BackMarket and found a good deal on the iPad I wanted . I've always chosen the " excellent" condition option and til now my purchases have been in the virtually perfect condition promised. I ordered the excellent condition option again for thus iPad. When it arrived I was surprised to se that it was in a cover , and that was in very hood shape . Cover seemed a little tricky to remove do I didn't bother to try . Well- I should have. I did do today snd was dismayed to find that the backside of the pad has multiple shallow dents . The ipad works fine and screen is perfect but the dents still knock it down to fair condition according to your definitions . I feel a bit cheated . I'd rather have recieved what I ordered- iPad in perfect condition font AND back , without a cover (which I have already anyway). Honesty is everything . And respect which is also lacking when dishonesty happens. I sssume it's the sellers bad but they're selling through you so ... Can you help make this right? I'm past the 3 day deadline...
