    How did it go? Excellent! You guys are about the only ones I'll respond to on these surveys, mainly because every purchase has exceeded expectations. You called the condition 'fair'? I couldn't see a single flaw on this, except for a slight screen-brightness issue in one small area. At the price, of new? Exceptional value.

    it came with a small dent and a few scratches On the outside. put on a laptop case and stickers so you can’t really tell Besides that, I have been using it for a school, light gaming, and graphic design. I’ve had no issues whatsoever.

    The product did not come with a certified MacBook Air charger; instead, it included a knock-off charger labeled "made in China." This charger does not work very well and takes a long time to charge the laptop. I reached out to request either a free charger or a credit for the cost of a charger, but I have not received a response. Additionally, the MacBook Air occasionally glitches and freezes for 3-5 seconds. While this is manageable for my purposes—such as online shopping and personal billing data entry—it is definitely annoying. Overall, my experience has led me to decide that I will not purchase my next laptop from BackMarket; I will buy directly from Apple. This situation is quite disappointing.
