    This is the worst experience I have had with a phone that is an upgrade from my iPhone 11. The battery life is atrocious to where I can use it for two hours and it goes from 100% to 75%? This phone lags and freezes more than any phone I have ever used. It heats up when I use more than one app? I cannot text and listen to music or work at all. I am returning it and I did not even have it for a week.

    Ordered 2 phones for my kids, both with the 'excellent' condition rating (for upcoming Christmas gifts). One immediately threw up warnings about unknown camera and display parts. Zooming wouldn't work on that camera properly, and the display was noticeably different coloring than the 'regular' one, and the battery plummeted and got alarmingly hot. I've initiated a return for the clearly deceptive parts unit ('excellent') so we'll see how that goes. Too bad their ratings seems to be only cosmetic on the outside, not actually functional.
