    This was supposed to be excellent. The battery was at the end of its life. It already spent almost to 400 cycles. There is nothing refurbished about this. There were large visible scratches on the screen and the body. Such a waste of time. Soured me to buying anything again on backmarket.

    It was time to upgrade from my 2017 MacBook and I’m so glad I went with this model and through backmarket. I didn’t realize how obsolete my old MacBook truly was until I opened up this M1. Backmarket shipped quickly (ups did not, lol). I do think that they could’ve done a bit more for protection of the MacBook in the box, however it wasn’t awful. I did buy one in excellent condition, but when I first looked at it the few dings on the cover caught my eye. Looking at the bottom there’s quite a bit of wear and one scratch that’s a bit deep, but it does not affect the abilities of the MacBook at all. I suppose I just expected a bit more when buying something in “excellent” condition. I did some tests on the MacBook itself, including battery, operationally, software, etc. Everything is in perfect condition. Overall, I’ll will be using Backmarket again. Happy with the price and the product.

    Shipping was quick and price was fair. However, I paid for "excellent" condition and there was a minor blemish below the screen. The fingerprint reader on the home button does not work. When paying for a higher quality item, these defects should not be present. Historically, it would be more of a hassle to return the item than to just accept it the faults.

    I got the Ipad Air 2020 256Gb sky blue for about 400$ and it work great no scratches or dents on the ipad the boxing was meh but besides that nothing wrong with the ipad the chargers they sent were not from apple but it’s fine i don’t really expect that. So far so good Hopefully it works for another 1,2 year
