    i ordered an apple watch series 7 in excellent condition. when it finally got here there were a couple of very visible scratches on the screen and the battery health was at 79% saying it needs to be serviced. for the excellent grade on the website it says that there would be minimal body scratches only visible from less than 8 inches away and absolutely no scratches on the screen. i still don’t know if i’m going to return it or just see if i can get it fixed by apple. very disappointing tho.

    My old 2017 iPad finally died in a failed battery replacement operation and I needed a replacement to be able to read all the books I have on my Kindle app as well as for watching videos on YouTube and the occasional web browsing. I found this particular iPad model and chose it because it still supports iPadOS updates and was very affordable for me. The iPad arrived on time by USPS parcel and I am using it so far without any glitches. Battery backup is also very good. My only complaint is that the charger sent with this iPad is of very poor quality. I am using my old 2017 iPad’s original charger with this 2019 iPad Air and it is perfectly compatible with it.

    I am very happy about this purchase. I ordered a condition GOOD not expecting too much but is very surprised by how good the product is. You can barely see any scratch or sign of prior use.     This is the 4th phone I’ve ordered from Backmarket. I had no doubt it wouldn’t be in great shape and does everything without hesitation or glitch. Only thing that concerns me, is the battery. It gets hot quick and I keep getting an alert saying it’s not a genuine apple part. Other than that, completely satisfied and will buy from backmarket again!
