    The worst thing that I have ever purchased. It took me a long time to load it the way I wanted it only to find out that it was defective. I have to leave it on the charger for awhile to get it to turn on. I had to turn it off because it kept trying to call 911. The cops showed up twice! The battery also don’t last long. What a terrible experience!

    iPhone arrived with charging port issues. Any bump or movement of any charging cord causes the phone to not charge. Unfortunately seller is unable to offer any replacement jusr a refund. I was hoping for some resolution as I use my phone for important things so I cannot do without one in the time of returning, waiting on a refund, and shipment after purchasing another phone. My son’s insulin pump and CGM are solely reliant upon my phone. My previous phone purchase on back market was so wonderful, I am sadly disappointed this time.
