    Shipping was fast, but quality was not what it should have been. Item should have been in good condition, but every side of the phone had major scratches and the charging port wasn’t consistently working (if you picked up the phone while plugged in it would stop charging). There was also a small purple dot on the screen.

    First watch I received was locked. I was able to return, then I reordered the same watch, slightly higher price. The second could not update to newest iso. This is an Apple issue, but also meant I could not use the watch. The first I received at scratches and was not in the condition it should have been. The second one received was in perfect condition. If there wasn’t the update issue it would have been perfect. For the third I ended up having to order off Amazon, more expensive, but I already have $300 tied up waited to be refunded I can’t keep ordering and hoping it’ll work. Disappointed, however return was easy assuming I get my refund once packages get back.
