    So, I don’t believe this is an issue on Back Market’s part. Their statement is that regardless of the phone’s appearance, it will function like new, so it would seem that the refurbishers made a mistake here. This particular iPhone that I bought has speakers that sound like a radio from the 50’s, or like if someone blew the speakers in their car. It sounds absolutely horrid. It performs fairly well otherwise, but the speakers being so bad is a dealbreaker for me. The phone also acts super buggy/glitchy; freezing and not responding to touch. I’ve gotten other devices through Back Market that were better quality.

    I have been looking around for the past few months since a coworker recommended BackMarket. After reading soo many reviews online and on social media. I finally decided to pull the trigger with a small purchase. I was highly impressed with how fast the MacBook was delivered. It came with a third party charger and the laptop practically BRAND NEW ! I had ordered the “fair” condition ; it had just two very small dents in the front.i expected a little more noticeable wear and tear but it exceeded our expectations. I had purchased a MacBook cover for it and isn’t even noticeable. I will be looking forward to purchase our second MacBook soon with BackMarket. Definitely worth the money and savings of course.

    My old 2009 (classic polycarb white) macbook maxed out running High Sierra w/8mb and cant get near the speed of more recent faster wfi wf6e/ac card . I've bought a couple iphones from Backmarket and have been very happy with them. I dithered as to whether i wanted an i7 processor, or, for the money difference, should I go with a fast speed i5 workhorse but get a larger memory (!6mb) & 512 SSD. I dont do much video editing so i figured the i7 would dog my my performance when I upgrade Sonoma to Sequoia -as the latter OS is really for those M1(+) processors. I settled on the (2019) MBP i5 16mb 512 13" and it arrived quickly and pretty much the advertised "excelent" condition. My wi-fi speed is now 340, up from less than 100 on the old mcbk card. And I was able to jump 6 more recent OS. Now I may need to get my wife an upgrade when she sees this MBP

    After my Apple Watch 3 gave out on me I opt in to purchase a new one. I was going to go for the 10 but I would have had to wait another two weeks. So, instead I started looking into a refurbished ones and was directed to this site. I was a little hesitant but after reading some of the reviews I decided to give it a shot! I went with a series 7 after doing some comparisons between the 8 and 9. I did some more research on the seller and placed my order. My watch arrived a day early, which was a plus! It was securely packed and in good condition, besides a few scratches around the base of the watch. I wished it would have came charged because I had to wait over 2 hours for it to charge…at first I thought it was broken because the display had a circle with a lighting bolt. I looked it up and found out that was an indicator that the battery was completely empty reason why it took so long to charge. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase, glad I took that chance. I would purchase from blackmarket again.
