    I've never used refurbished before but I must tell you the experience I've had has been great. Ordered an IPhone and it was delivered on time and in great condition.     The iPod Touch 6 arrived quickly and in excellent shape. We're delighted. While the technology is somewhat dated, the 128gb is much appreciated, and it is an update from our even more dated 30gb ipod that we use for podcasts.     So far so good on the tablet. But the fact that no charging cube was included seems lame. I finally found ONE I had that the cable fit in. So no charging two devices at the same time, for sure. Whether this is on Apple or BM, throw a damn connecting cube in for goodness sake!

    Device was fine, although it arrived turned on and almost dead (battery) on the macOS bootloader unable to boot into macOS. I had to reinstall macOS. Also there are some very visible marks to the left and right of the trackpad like lands that are permanent and pretty visible.
