    My device is in pretty much flawless condition, and it came very quickly. My one and only complaint would be that it arrived and was already down to 85% battery life. I got the second best option for the condition, and while I wasn’t expecting it to be at 100%, I at least hoped for 90% or higher.

    The refurb iPhone 11 arrived on time in 5 days and looked very nice for its Fair condition - no visible scratches on the screen and maybe a very minor scuff or two on the body - no complaints at all. And it worked just fine. However, the battery capacity was below the required 80% minimum at 75% and so we returned it. Eduardo's customer service email support was excellent.

    The device was as advertised. However, the charge port was very dirty and required extensive cleaning to get the charger to work. In addition, the battery was at 80% life, so I did opt to replace with a new battery. Otherwise, everything is as it should be.
