    The MacBook Air came in great condition! The only hiccup that prevented a full5 stars was the fact that the Command key came out the same day that it arrived. Considering that it was a minor repair, I just took it to my local repair shop for fixing but it was a minor inconvenience that I preferred not to deal with upon receiving an item that was to be in excellent condition. Aside from that, it truly is great!

    The MacBook Air with M1 chip works beautifully and seems to be in great condition. Having trouble mating it to my magic mouse but that may be the mouse that has an issue. The M1 lets me access websites that I couldn't before - and it is fast. Great price for a MacBook Air in this kind of condition. Good work Back Market.

    My apple watch came fast and works amazing! I got it in excellent condition and it looks entirely brand new. The charge lasts about a day and a half, maybe even up to two days depending on usage and how you have display settings set up. It comes with the band of course and an aftermarket fast charger.     I was REALLY hesitant to order a refurbished iMac through a website that sounded like the Black Market as I worried that I would get ripped off with a suboptimal product. I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised! I received a 2019 Core i9 MacBook Pro which looked nearly new even though it was listed as "Good" and I have been able to update the software to Sonoma without any problems. It was more than I had expected and I am glad I made this purchase. I will still use my old 2011 MacBook Pro for Photoshop purposes, but I am using this new/refurbished MacBook Pro for everything else and I love so many of the upgraded features. I will recommend BackMarket to friends and will likely make more purchases here in the future. I am an environmentalist and love the idea of extending the life of these technological devices.
