    I am enjoying my "new-to-me" iPhone 12Pro. It came quickly, was packaged securely, and was in perfect condition. The set-up process was very straightforward. My previous iPhone had a home button, so there's been a learning curve, but I'm becoming more comfortable with the differences. It pairs beautifully with my Apple watch (also "new-to-me" via Back Market), so i'm able to be safer and better connected than ever.     I chose the "good" condition and I was actually quite surprised how much damage there was on the front. There are two large/very noticeable scratches on the front and there are dents/scratches all around the edges of the computer. I also experienced the "tab" and "caps lock" key sticking. I reached out to Back Market to see if that is a normal issue on refurbished items. They said it is not and gave some suggestions. While the keys are still sticking after their suggested fixes, I decided to keep the computer because as far as how it runs, it is great. The issue are mostly esthetic and I'm not too worried about that.
