    The case is fine. The issue I have may be somewhat specific and that is I work in a dirty environment - saw dust and dirt. This material gets in the charging location (the slot at the bottom of the phone) and this eventually builds up and causes damage. The case is nice, but I need something that will protect this area from debris.

    For what it costs it’s okay. I wouldn’t trust the case to any falls on hard surfaces so I will be changing it. The screen protector is good but included no instructions. Luckily it’s pretty self explanatory. The case has some rough surfaces and the logo imprint easily catches on things. I like the idea of recycled plastic, just be aware for protecting an expensive phone you may want to go with something a bit sturdier. There isn’t a squeegee so if you don’t have one you’ll have to wrap a microfiber around a credit card to get the air bubbles out then let it cure for 24 hours before touching your screen a bunch. Make sure to do a touch calibration after. On mine it was still perfect and the screen doesn’t look fuzzy or anything which is good.

    The case is great! It fits correctly and allows the various function buttons to work properly. The protective screen was a different matter; I thought I put it on correctly, but as it smoothed out over the phone screen, several bubbles were present and could not be cleared by pressing them toward the edge. I tried removing and repositioning the protective screen, but the condition persisted. I finally removed the screen and am doing without.

    This was the third purchase from Back Market and the only one that did not please me. The phone had not been reset to the default settings and I could not access the settings to be able to set up the phone. With the help of a wonderful tech support person from Apple we finally after an hour figured out what the problem was and solved it. The phone is working just fine now and I learned a few more tricks about living with electronics which I guess is a good thing! One final note the case and protective screen are great!
