    This place is awesome. I got a good deal on iPhone 15. I was a little worried about the condition of the phone, but was pleasantly surprised. The phone was in pristine condition. I had a trade that apple would not accept because of a small crack on the back, but got $90.00 for it here. I will buy from here again for sure.

    I’m astounded not gonna lie. Always been wary of buying refurbished phones this my first time. My iPhone 12 came in today and it legitimately looks like someone removed the original plastic then didn’t ever touch it again it’s flawless in every aspect. SIM card instantly synced up as did Apple ID, 0 replaced parts, 99% battery and no water damage legit a perfect pick up. Came a day early too, highly recommend this seller and site.

    It was a great experience overall from shopping to the delivery but the battery of the phone is not that great. I bought a fair state phone but it didn't specify how was the battery's health. The phone works great though but it can barely go through a day of normal use. I still recommend Backmarket for refurbished phone.

    Item was in excellent condition like I purchased. Phone looked amazing!!! My issue was that the phone was locked but purchased "unlocked". It was locked to T-Mobile and tried to visit T-Mobile to unlock but they wouldn't and also my provider Spectrum couldn't unlock or use it either because it was dedicated to T-Mobile. Not BlackMarkets fault but the company Geex or whatever.

I did pay for excellent conditions but this exceeded my expectations. It was also easy to set up a 4 payment plan! which I liked.
